Phase I
Stabilize building interior environment through emergency mitigation and structural drying incorporating desiccant dehumidification.
- Meet with adjuster and all parties for briefing
- Mobilization of drying equipment, generators, crane
- Notification of temporary labor supplier
- Notification of Engineer
- Notification of subcontractors
- Contact appropriate local government officials for permits, etc.
- Install security fencing, control access- ingress and egress
- Deploy on-site command center
- Establish site communication system
- Retain lodging for support staff
- Establish basic safety program
- Mobilize disposal services
- Mobilize sanitary services
- Receive drying equipment, generators, and crane
- Inspect roof damage
- Receive materials at site for emergency mitigation
